Notice patterns.
Remember what matters.
Track symptoms over time and create a clearer picture of what you’re experiencing before your next healthcare conversation. The printable 30-day tracker is ready now; an interactive version is not available yet.
Ways to track today
The online trackers keep your entries in your browser once you choose to save them, or in your account if you sign in. The Appointment Builder then turns what you have noticed into a one-page summary for your appointment.
Tracking is useful. Some symptoms still need medical attention.
Speak with a healthcare professional when symptoms are persistent, severe, unusual, or significantly affecting daily life. For emergency symptoms, seek urgent medical care — the tracker is not a triage tool.
Questions about the Symptom Tracker
Is there an interactive symptom tracker?
Not yet. For now the printable 30-Day Symptom Tracker covers hot flashes, night sweats, sleep, mood, energy and one symptom of your own, and the Hot Flash Diary, Sleep Tracker and Period Change Tracker record entries online.
Is the printable tracker free?
Yes. We ask for an email address before the download, and you choose separately whether you would like to hear from us again.
Does it diagnose perimenopause?
No. It records your own observations. It cannot determine why a symptom is happening or diagnose menopause or another health condition.
What happens to what I write on the printable?
It stays on the page. Nothing you write on a printed tracker is sent to us.
Where do the online trackers keep my entries?
Only where you choose: in your browser, if you select “Save on this device”, or in your account, if you sign in and save. The Privacy Policy sets out exactly what is kept.
